Project objective: To improve the standard of evacuation in the combat zone by providing combat medics with the necessary number of stretcher-slings.
Project objectives: To organise a steady supply of high-quality stretchers for combat medics, orderlies, paramedics, case-evac and medevac personnel, as well as medics at stabilisation points in the Kharkiv sector, for the evacuation of wounded or fallen soldiers.

Implementation: As of July 2026, 217 stretcher-carriers have been delivered to key sectors of the front line, 20 of which were provided by the fund.
As part of the project, assistance was provided to 50+ units of the Ukrainian Defence Forces, including: the National Guard Unit ‘Spartan’, the 97th Mechanised Brigade, the 43rd Mechanised Brigade, the 47th Mechanised Brigade, the 95th Airborne Brigade, the 5th Airborne Brigade, the 8th Special Operations Brigade, the GUR special unit ‘Stugna’, the ‘Skhid’ Tactical Medicine Centre, the 415th Brigade, the ‘Strix’ Air Defence and Air Combat Command, the 113th Transport Brigade, the 1st ‘Da Vinci’ Airborne Brigade named after Dmytro Kotsyubailo, the 3rd Airborne Brigade and others.
The total value of the procurements amounts to 669,900 UAH, of which 66,000 UAH was provided by the fund.
