We raise the awareness of children of Kharkiv regions in matters of safe behavior on the road
In September 2024, in the village of Savyntsi of Kharkiv region a celebration was held on the occasion of opening of the “Safety Town”, as part of the “Safe Ukrainian Childhood” project.
“Safety Town” is a unique playground where children can learn traffic rules in an interactive form through play. This project contributes to the development of a responsible attitude among children towards their own safety and the safety of other people from an early age. In addition, such educational activities are a great opportunity for children to improve their communication skills and learn to resolve conflicts when interacting with peers.
During the celebration on the occasion of opening of the “Safety Town”, children:
- studied the basic rules of safe behavior on the roads,
- took part in entertainment activities at the sports area.
This project opens up new opportunities for interesting learning, active leisure and games in current conditions. We are truly happy to be able to implement such wonderful initiatives for future generations. The work on the site arrangement continues, and there are still many new achievements ahead!
The project is implemented as part of the “Playful City” program on the ChangeX platform with the support of The LEGO Foundation.
