Mobile field hospital
To save the lives of our defenders, 7 mobile medical complexes were created and given to the Defense Forces in the period from September 2023 to December 2025.

To provide the medical services of the Defense Forces with full-fledged mobile solutions that can work as close as possible to the frontlines. Thanks to the implementation of the project, the time for evacuating a wounded person from the line of combat to the headquarters is reduced, which directly increases the number of lives saved on the front line. Mobile operating rooms are equipped in a way to match clinical conditions. This helps reduce the risk of postoperative complications and improve the quality of care provided.
Each such medical complex is an increased chance of life for those who fight for us.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Mobile medical complexes are based on ship containers that were adapted at the request of military doctors.
Thermal insulation and hygiene. Each container is insulated, air conditioning, an extractor hood, a bactericidal lamp and a heater were installed. Inside the mobile operating rooms, internal work has been carried out on the coating, which is easy to clean, and additional metal-plastic doors have been installed, which help maintain conditions close to sterile.
Autonomy. Each room is equipped with a reinforced socket for a generator and is connected to 9 sockets inside. In the medical rooms, this number of sockets ensures comfort for patients. In the operating room, this makes it possible to easily and quickly move equipment and connect additional devices if necessary.
In addition to the space designed specifically for storing medical equipment, each mobile hospital contains an operating table and a lamp, an assisted ventilation machine. And each mobile room contains three bunk beds for comfortable patient accommodation. During implementation, every feedback from doctors was taken into account and the equipment of the premises was improved each time based on the work of the previously provided mobile hospitals or wards. In addition, two rooms were handed over for medics to live in “field” conditions.
IMPLEMENTATION
On December 6, 2023, the first two mobile field hospitals were handed over to the Kharkiv military grouping. Having received feedback from doctors, we proceeded on creating more. In April 2024, the third hospital was handed over to the medical service of the 1st Separate Assault Brigade named after Dmytro Kotsiubailo “Da Vinci”. The 4th hospital was built with Prime Orchestra funding and in July 2024 was given to the doctors of one of the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine (DIU) units. In August 2024, the fifth hospital was handed over to the medical military company of the 113th Territorial Defense Brigade.
In 2024, the project expanded: we created and gave to the military two mobile medical rooms for infusion therapy. They provide care for soldiers who need treatment after concussions, injuries or exacerbation of chronic diseases. Such mobile rooms reduce the load on hospitals and make it possible to stabilize defenders literally a few kilometers from the front line. The mobile infusion therapy room is capable of receiving up to 150 defenders per week, just 10 kilometers from the line of contact. This significantly increases the chances of survival and rapid recovery.
Both mobile infusion therapy rooms were transferred to the medical service of the 1st Separate Assault Brigade named after Dmytro Kotsiubailo “Da Vinci” in November 2024 and February 2025.
